How long does the design process take?

Our design process is built for speed without sacrificing quality. Virtual Design: Typically takes 3-4 weeks, including concept creation, mood boards, and a full design plan. Full White-Glove Service Design & Installation: From sourcing furniture to final staging, expect 4-8 weeks for your property to be fully guest-ready.

What types of properties do you design?

We specialize in short-term rentals—Airbnbs, boutique hotels, and unique stays. Whether it’s a tiny home, a luxury villa, or something in between, we design the hell out of it.

Can you design my property and do you have an install team?

Yes, we can! We don’t just design—we transform your space into a guest-magnet. From concept to install, our team handles it all so you don’t have to lift a finger (okay, maybe to unlock the door). We show up, style it out, and set your property up to stand out in a sea of same-same listings. While we are based in Austin, Texas, we travel anywhere in the U.S. for full-service in-person jobs. We take full-service virtual clients all over the world.

When is the best time to contact you?

How do you know what amenities are best for my property?

We don’t guess—we geek out on the data. We dive into your local market, study your direct comps, and find out what’s making top listings pop. Then we tailor the amenities to give your place that edge—whether it’s a s’mores station, a disco ball, or just the right coffee setup. It’s all about giving guests what they love before they even know they want it.

When will furniture arrive?

We try to have all items at the property by week three so that it can be built week four.

Do you also do murals?

Yes! We design the murals for you

How much should I budget for furniture?

If you count all the spaces in your home (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, outdoor, dining, living room, game room), multiply that number by $3,500 and that should average how much to budget. So ten spaces would be $35,000.

Does your price cover your travel expenses?

Yes, we pay for our flights and other travel expenses.

Do you order the furniture?

Yes, we place and track all of the orders.

Are there any additional costs beyond the design fee, project management, and installation fee that I’ll be responsible for?

In addition to our service fee, you are responsible for the furniture cost and contractors such as painters, wallpaper installers, photographer, etc.

What contractors do you work with?

We work with painters, wallpaper installers, muralists, electricians, movers, furniture builders, wall mounters, string light installers, junk removal, and photographers. We will find and manage all of these contractors for your project. We’ve got a solid roster of trusted vendors we’ve built up over the years—people who get STRs and deliver top-notch work. And if we don’t have someone for a specific job, we’ll tap our industry network to find the best of the best (often with insider pricing, too). You're in good hands.

How long will you be at the property?

We will be on-site for one week to manage the furniture installation, decorate and stage, and direct the photoshoot. Before the setup week, we place and track all of the orders, and work with contractors who can complete their work prior to us arriving (painter, muralist, wallpaper installer).
